1. Enquiry & Discovery
Every project begins with a simple online enquiry. Once we receive your form, we’ll book a discovery call to learn more about your business, audience, and goals.
This stage helps us understand your challenges, what makes your brand unique, and how we can design creative solutions that deliver results. It’s also your chance to get a feel for how we work.

2. Project Proposal
After our call, we’ll put together a clear proposal outlining deliverables, timelines, and costs. No hidden extras - just a transparent plan that defines what success looks like for your brand.
This step sets expectations so you know exactly what to expect before we start designing.
3. Onboarding & Client Portal
Once approved, we’ll officially kick off the project and invite you into your Goody Creative Notion portal. This online workspace is where we manage everything - from timelines and milestones to file sharing and feedback. It keeps the process organised, transparent, and accessible for everyone involved.
Our clients love it because it means less email back-and-forth and more visibility on progress.
4. Strategy & Creative Direction
Before any design begins, we dig deep into your brand’s strategy. We research your audience, competition, and positioning to build a creative foundation that drives everything forward.
From tone of voice and colour palette to visual direction, this stage ensures every design decision has purpose - helping your brand stand out for the right reasons.
5. Design & Feedback
Here’s where the ideas come to life. We develop a visual concept based on your strategy and refine them through collaborative feedback rounds. You’ll see your brand evolve into something bold, professional, and distinct.
Because we manage everything through your Notion portal, you can easily track revisions, comment on designs, and stay in the loop every step of the way.
6. Offboarding & Ongoing Support
Once everything’s approved, we deliver all final files and brand assets in easy-to-use formats. We also provide brand guidelines where needed to help you maintain consistency moving forward.
But our work doesn’t have to stop there. Continue working with us through monthly design retainers, giving them ongoing access to creative support for new campaigns, content, and brand development.
